This policy explains what Revenue Engine Advisory LLC ("Revenue Engine", "we", "us") collects when you use this website and the Lead System service, and how we use it.

What we collect

Information you give us: your name, gym name, website, email address and mobile number, and anything you write to us.
Information about your visit, such as pages viewed and which link or ad brought you here (for example UTM tags), collected through cookies and similar tools.
For clients: the contact information of the leads your gym receives, which we handle on your behalf to run the service.

How we use it

To run your speed test, reply to you and book calls.
To provide, support and improve the service.
To measure how our marketing performs.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree, we text you about your speed test and follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run the business, such as our CRM and messaging platform (GoHighLevel), email, scheduling, payment and analytics providers. They may only use the information to provide their service to us. We may also share information if the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and ads

We may use cookies and tools such as the Meta pixel and Google analytics to understand traffic and measure ads. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete or anonymize it.
