These terms govern your use of this website and the Revenue Engine Lead System (the "Service"), provided by Revenue Engine Advisory LLC ("Revenue Engine", "we", "us").

The Service

We build and operate an AI-assisted website, text and message follow-up, reminders and reporting for gyms and fitness businesses, as described on this site and in your order. We may improve or change features over time.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any revenue, number of leads, bookings or sales. Results depend on your offer, pricing, market, follow-through and other factors outside our control.

Fees and billing

The monthly fee is $297 and the one-time setup fee is $497, as shown on this site at the time you sign up. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where the law requires or we agree in writing.

Cancellation

The Service is month-to-month. You can cancel at any time by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us, for having permission to contact the people you message, and for following the laws that apply to your marketing, including texting and email laws. You agree to give us the access and content we need to set up the Service.

Text messaging

By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to messages from us about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy.

AI features

The Service uses AI to draft and send messages within the rules we set up with you. AI can make mistakes. You can review conversations and ask us to change the rules at any time.

Limits of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is," and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
